2. Managerial skill is skill that needed by manager to run bussines.

whitman use mostly human skills to compensate for her lack of technical skills. We can say she that she succed in her role at eBay. For example, whitman has also taken the time to understand her employees. Most employees are younger and more technical than she. She developing a flexible culture at eBay: employees (and she)dress down an are allowed to wear jeans to work. And she not reserved the coveted corner suite for herself. As we can see from examples above that whitman used mostly human skill and little conceptual skills to compensate for her lack of technical skill.

3. Managerial traits are ability that a manager must have to run successfully their bussines.

we see the ability to communicate with employees within herself. We know that her office is not in the corner, she placed her office between her employees. She choosed the same type of room as her employees. So she can communicate more easily with her employees.
